The difference between even a brand new stock system and a rack and pinion system is remarkable. The kit includes a remanufactured GM rack and pinion, all necessary mounting hardware, fasteners, adapters and hoses. The only item not included is the power steering pump which we assume you have. All steel components in the kit are black powder coated and the aluminum components are anodized.
