The first thing you will notice is the quicker ratio. Stock ratios usually yield between 3.5 or 4 turns lock to lock. That’s pretty slow. Autocrossing or just fast, mountain road driving becomes a chore with those ratios.Our roadrace kit yields about 2.75 turns lock to lock.

This power steering pump kit uses a new black GM Saginaw pump and double groove pulley. It will work with the 63-82 Corvettes when used with the hoses provided with the Steeroids BB rack and pinion conversion kits. Kits include the power steering pump, mounting brackets (including alternator relocating bracket) and pump pulley. The pump pulley is a double groove pulley. Kits do NOT include the crank pulley.
