Original non-power steering cars will require additional crank and water pump pulleys for installation. (Not Included) Will not fit 63-66 327 Hi-Po, that application requires different crank / power steering pump pulley. All power steering boxes and pumps are assembled and tested in the USA from globally sourced components and have a 3 year warranty. Power steering conversion box for 1963-1982 Chevy Corvettes. Remanufactured Delphi 600 series power steering box with a 18MM Double-D input shaft and a 12.7:1 ratio. Steering column modifications required, see product instructions for more info. Input Shaft: 18mm DD, 18mm Round shaft with two flat sides Pitman Shaft: 1-1/8" GM with 32 Splines and 4 Master Splines Pressure Port: M18 X 1.5 O-Ring or 11/16"-18 Flare, if using included flare inserts Return Port: M16 X 1.5 O-Ring or 5/8"-18 Flare, if using included flare inserts Maximum Pressure: 1450 PSI Maximum Operating Pressure, 1100-1250 Optimal Flow Rate: 2.5-3.0 GPM Flow Rate Recommended |
