Sanderson Headers C32DP-SEC Header Set, Full-Length, Small Block Chevy (D-Port)
The C32DP full-length header set is engineered for small block Chevy 265-400 engines with D-port angle plug heads including GM ZZ4, ZZ6, and 1990s LT-1. Designed to fit numerous street rod applications, it provides excellent plug and chassis clearance.
It works with stock-style steering gearboxes, Vega steering, and most rack-and-pinion setups—assuming the shaft stays tight to the frame rail. Compatible with most starters and transmissions, excluding the cast iron Powerglide.
NOTES:
- Designed for D-port, angle plug heads only
- Do not use on standard or D-shaped heads—may cause sealing issues
- Pre-’68 engines must use a spin-off oil filter adapter
- Use short filters (AC PF12, PF25) for 1968+ engines
- Use C32 for straight plug heads, or C32AP for angle plug heads without D-port
- 1-3/4″ version for high-power applications: part #C33DP
