Sanderson Headers C33DP-BEC Header Set, Full-Length, Small Block Chevy
The C33DP is a full-length, 1-3/4″ primary tube header designed for small block Chevy engines using D-port, angle plug cylinder heads such as GM ZZ4, ZZ6, and LT-1. Ideal for street rod applications requiring maximum performance and spark plug clearance.
This header is compatible with original equipment and stock-style steering boxes, Vega gearboxes, and most rack-and-pinion systems (as long as the steering shaft hugs the frame rail). Fits most transmissions and starters, except the cast iron Powerglide.
NOTES:
- Designed for D-port, angle plug heads (GM ZZ4, ZZ6, LT-1)
- Use part #C33 for straight plug heads
- For smaller 1-5/8″ D-port version, order part #C32DP
- Pre-’68 engines require spin-on filter adapter
- Use AC PF12 or PF25 for 1968+ engines
- Do not use D-port headers on standard or D-shaped heads
