CC1DP-SEC Header Set, Small Block Chevy, for D-Port Heads

The Sanderson CC1DP header set is designed for 1927 and up vehicles using small block Chevy 265–400 V8 engines with true D-port, angle plug cylinder heads such as the GM Fastburn, ZZ4, and ZZ6. Built for tight-fit applications with modern performance heads.

The CC1DP fits rack-and-pinion setups, Vega steering, and Mustang-style steering with a minimum 2″ clearance from the steering gear to the driver’s side center ports. It clears nearly all motor mount, starter, and transmission configurations. Steering shaft routing may still be required depending on your chassis layout.

NOTE: For standard angle plug heads (not D-port), use part #CC1AP. See the “What is a D-Port” info tab for help identifying your cylinder heads.

WARRANTY:

Limited 5-Year

Sanderson Street Rod Headers warrants this product against defects in materials or workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. Warranty activation requires the return of the enclosed warranty card.

Warranty excludes failures due to improper installation, motor tuning, misuse, damage, or use of thermal wraps. Labor, removal, or shipping costs are not covered.
