The BIM-01-2-HLLY module is a direct plug in using the supplied 2 or 4 pin harness for simple connection to the Holley EFI system.
The BIM-01-2-HLLY is designed to read the engine information from the Holley Terminator (including X and X Max), HP, Sniper (except Sniper 2), or Dominator EFI kits. The BIM-01-2-HLLY module is a direct plug in using the supplied 2 or 4 pin harness for simple connection to the Holley EFI system.
The BIM-01-2-HLLY will collect and output the following information to Dakota Digital Instrument Systems *:

Engine Coolant Temp
Intake/ Manifold Temp.
Air/ Fuel Ratio

Please note: Due to the various factory and modified ECM's, additional data add-on's from Holley may be available such as Vehicle Speed, Oil Pressure, Fuel Pressure and Boost. Dakota Digital cannot guarantee the presence or accuracy of the Coolant Temp., Intake Temp., Fuel Pressure, or Air/ Fuel ratio displays since this is a function of the ECM and matching OEM functional sensors.
*The BIM-01-2-HLLY is designed to decode the information provided by the Holley Terminator (X and X MAX with BIM-01-2-HLLY produced after 6/13/2019), Sniper (Sniper with BIM-01-2-HLLY produced after 2/1/2018) HP and Dominator EFI's and supply this information to the VFD3 rev. G, VHX, RTX and HDX control box instrument systems only.
**Compatible Dakota Digital instrument system: VHX, HDX, RTX and VFD3 systems with a black plastic control module. For any BIM-compatible control boxes which contain the 3.5mm headphone jack BIM input, add part number 394193 adaptor harness. Earlier instrument systems with an aluminum control module are not capable of BIM connectivity.

| More Info | This Bus Interface Module is designed to read engine information from specific Holley EFI kits. The Holley Terminator, HP, Sniper, Dominator and Terminator X and X Max. The module is connected to the Holley EFI through the CAN-bus Depending on your EFI module you may have a 2-pin or 4-pin CAN connector. We supply EFI adapter harnesses that will allow you to connect with your particular kit. There are two interface (I/O) ports on the BIM-01-2-HLLYmodule. Either one can be connected to the instrument system or to another module, allowing several units to be daisy chained together. Cannot daisy chain with GPS-50-2. Do not connect the I/O port to anything other than a Dakota Digital control box or BIM. Do not mount the module in the engine compartment; as it should be mounted in the vehicle’s cabin. The engine and transmission information that is available from the unit depends on the EFI kit and module programming and add-ons. For specific data readings: see individual setups below for each version of Holley EFI system below.
With the HND setting disabled, you must unplug this BIM unit if you perform a Holley firmware update using Holley’s CAN to USB adapter. A GPS-50-2 CANNOT be linked (daisy chained) to a BIM-01-2 with a BIM cable. |
