The BIM-01-2-FAST module is a direct plug in using the supplied inline Y-adaptor harness for simple connection to the FAST XFI harness.
The BIM-01-2-FAST will collect and output the following information to Dakota Digital Instrument Systems *:
Always available:
Tachometer
Engine Temp
Oil Pressure
Fuel Pressure
Air/ Fuel Ratio
Please note: Due to the various factory and modified ECM's, additional data add-on's from FAST may be available such as Vehicle Speed, Intake Temp, and Gear Position. Dakota Digital cannot guarantee the presence or accuracy of the Coolant Temp., Intake Temp., Oil Pressure, or Gear Position displays since this is a function of the ECM and matching OEM functional sensors.
*The BIM-01-2-FAST is designed to decode the information provided by the FAST XFI ECU OR TCI EZ-TCU and supply this information to the VHX, HDX, RTX and VFD3 systems with a black plastic control module only.
**For any BIM-compatible control boxes which contain the 3.5mm headphone jack BIM input, add part number 394193 adaptor harness.  Earlier instrument systems with an aluminum control module are not capable of BIM connectivity.
