Neuspeed 48.10.85 Lower Intercooler Pipe for 1999-2005 Volkswagon Golf & Jetta IV

NEUSPEED’s new Hi-Flo Intercooler Pipe Conversion replaces the OE smashed and kinked plastic pipe located between the factory intercooler and throttle body. Full diameter all the way through and without any unnecessary bends, the Hi-Flo Intercooler Pipe is a must for any “chipped”or highly modified engine. The Intercooler Pipe delivers much better air flow for greater efficiency. The factory intercooler pipe (located in the passenger side front fenderwell) is squashed down like a pancake due to VW's conservative design constraints. NEUSPEED pushes the envelope with a special high flow intercooler pipe that flows 20% more efficiently than stock. The stock pancake pipe flows 355cfm at 25"of water on a flow bench. In comparison, the round NEUSPEED pipe flows 426cfm at 25"of water. Manufactured out of lightweight aluminum with a powdercoated black wrinkle finish.
