The Banks PowerPack optimizes and manages engine airflow from start to finish in one beautifully engineered package. Featuring bolt-on and direct-replacement components, PowerPack greatly enhances horsepower, torque, durability, efficiency as well as that authoratative exhaust sound you want out of your truck. Our exhaust systems and TorqueTube manifolds are constructed of top-quality 409 stainless steel providing not only a beautiful and durable finish but also a limited lifetime warranty!
Monster® Exhaust
Banks' 3" constant-diameter Monster exhaust pipes—formed of heavy-duty stainless steel—bolt behind the catalytic converter to slash backpressure up to 94%, improving 0-60 mph acceleration times by 1/3 of a second (4.5% quicker). The straight-through 3" Monster muffler delivers a throaty, yet civil, exhaust note and more than doubles stock flow (up to a 141% improvement). 6"X5" weld-on ob-round polished-stainless angle-cut rolled-edge tip (patent pending). Installation of the direct-fit system is bolt-on easy. Fully compatible with GM's factory warranty, the entire system is covered by Banks' lifetime warranty.
TorqueTubes® Exhaust Manifolds (4.8, 5.3, 6.0L)
Banks' heavy-wall 400-series stainless TorqueTubes include two full exhaust manifold assemblies, each with a seamless high-velocity collector. Unlike the restrictive stock setup, Banks TorqueTubes literally "pull" out the exhaust, unleashing greater torque and helping the intake stroke to draw in more air. Includes all required hardware.
Banks Ram-Air® Intake System
(For 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0L only) Banks Ram-Air Intake feeds your Chevy/GMC gas engine cooler, denser, outside air for greater power and fuel economy. Its performance is extensively tested and validated: in the computer, using Computational Fluid Dynamics software ... on the flowbench ... and later, on the vehicle. Let the others build and ship: Ram-Air's performance is proven, again and again!

OttoMind Programmer
Power and diagnostic capability. Banks OttoMind Programmer is part of a complete system and is also available separately to upgrade an already-owned PowerPack or Stinger system. Or use it to upgrade down the road. (Note: Not available for 2003 models.)
