NEUSPEED power pulley kits are designed to reduce parasitic drag on your engine and increase horsepower throughout the powerband. Your car's power steering pump and alternator are powered by a belt that connects back to the crankshaft pulley. Spinning these pulleys draws precious horsepower from your engine.
NEUSPEED's powertrain engineer, using sophisticated CAD software, performed a mass properties analysis of the crank, power steering, and alternator pulleys. Depending upon the application, one, two, or all three pulleys are replaced.
NEUSPEED power pulley kits are made from 6061 T6 aluminum and are hard-anodized for durability. Unlike color anodizing, which is mostly cosmetic, hard anodizing builds up a hardened layer over the base material to prevent wear.
